Souvenirs

HK and overseas applicants will receive complimentary souvenirs (Walk for Wellness head and wrist band) in mail. To receive the complimentary souvenirs by mail, please provide your mailing address. For committee members who will attend the April 28 kickoff and prefer to pick up at MSS, please check the box below.

Remittance of Donations and Funds

Remittance of sponsorship amounts by sponsors can be made directly by any one of the following means. Please pay the sponsorship donations via the following means below. Donations over $HKD 100 can apply for tax exemption (applies to Hong Kong only).
